Hello,

I am Ankita, a UX Researcher and Service Designer who thrives at the intersection of human needs and digital systems. With a background in UX and Business Analytics, I help teams make confident, informed decisions by translating messy realities into meaningful solutions.

Passionate about art and culture. I started in engineering, wandered into design, and stayed for the people. I am endlessly curious about how things work and how they feel to real humans. Whether I am mapping systems, running research, or aligning teams, my focus is always on thoughtful decisions, care and better outcomes.

Ways we can work together

I work across different engagement models depending on the problem and context. This includes embedded team roles, longer-term collaborations, focused advisory and project-based work.

I have worked with founders, consultancies, and product teams navigating complexity, change and ambiguity. Engagements may involve research and strategy, service design, workshop facilitation or sense-making support at critical moments.

My approach draws from UX research, service design and strategy, with a focus on clarity, alignment and meaningful next steps in real systems.

Beyond UX research and strategy, I am someone who lives life with her senses wide open. I draw when words are not enough. I write when my mind needs clearing. I dance to feel grounded. I play handpan to feel free. I find meaning in little rituals like lighting a candle before I work, watching shadows move across the wall, making space for silence after long conversations.

I grew up surrounded by stories, colour, and contradiction. That taught me how to listen with empathy, hold space for nuance, and move between logic and emotion without losing either.

People often tell me I bring softness to complex conversations. I think that comes from caring deeply about people, fairness, and creating work that feels considered rather than rushed.

Outside of work, I paint soulful women and nature, create meditative sound–visual loops, and reflect on emotions, mental health and the quiet strength within.
Often, you will find me under the sun with a notebook, letting thoughts wander and take form.

I believe design is how we care for others at scale. And that our inner work is our real work.

Let’s build what actually matters with people at the centre.

I also run a reflective practice called Happiness Soul, exploring art, presence and human connection.
